Future Swissy owners
You need to know about possible health concerns that come with this breed. They include, but are not limited to; epilepsy, bloat, splenic torsion, hip dysplasia, and cancer.
The Swissy is known for being slow to house train.
We want our puppies to be pets in the homes they go to first. This is not a breed who can be left in the backyard. They need to be with their family.
A puppy will require many hours of training and proper socialization. We strongly recommend all puppy buyers search for a trainer before bringing home a puppy.
With owning large breed dogs everything is more expensive from vet bills, larger toys, crates, and how much you will spend on dog food.
We request all all buyers wait until their puppy is finished growing before spaying or neutering their dog. This is normally 2 or 3 years of age.
Greater Swiss Mountain Dog puppies normally sell for around $3000.
Remember when talking to breeders to ask about heath clearances and temperment of the parents.
